Delivery

We pride ourselves on our rapid service and aim to despatch all orders promptly. Deliveries are made by national carriers during working days, Monday to Friday, 9.00-5.30pm. All items delivered by carrier will need to be signed for. We are unable to specify an exact time of day for delivery.

Next Day delivery - £11.95

Orders are prioritised in our warehouse and sent by Next Day carrier service.

3 Day delivery - £9.00 or FREE for orders over £200 excluding VAT

Please note that Next Day delivery is not guaranteed to certain remote areas where deliveries will be completed by the next working day. Deliveries to UK offshore locations or including MDF hardboard may be subject to surcharge. Smaller orders may be sent by Royal Mail and charged at the current Post & Packing rate at our discretion.

Payments

Pay when ordering using a credit or debit card. BACS and cheque payments are also available but please note that these payments will need to be cleared before goods can be despatched.

Credit Accounts

30-Day Credit Accounts are offered subject to satisfactory trade references. Complete our Credit_Account_Application and return by post, fax on 01992 764676 or email. Applications take approximately 7 working days to process.

If you would like a visit to discuss your range please just call or email us and we will forward your details to our sales force. Alternatively, contact us for your area representative's direct number.

Minimum Order

We do not insist you buy whole packs as we know you may not want to keep stock of lengths you are not going to use. However, our priority is to send orders large enough to support themselves during transit with our national carriers.

Our minimum is £50.00 (ex. VAT), 6 medium thickness lengths (or equivalent) and 20 sheets of board to fill a box. If minimum requirements are not met, damage claims will not be accepted.

Minimum values do not apply to goods collected from our Trade Counter or for some smaller items which can be easily posted or sent by carrier at our discretion. These include special size stretcher bars and most of our sundry items. Please contact us with details of your order if you are in any doubt.

Changes to Orders Placed

Each order is sent to our warehouse as soon as possible. Therefore, any changes must be made within one hour after which a new order will be raised.

Back Orders

Back orders for out of stock items (account customers only) will be sent as soon as they are available provided the minimum order criteria is met.

Customer Service

Please call our customer service team if you have any query with an order as soon as possible. Please check all goods delivered and only sign for them in good condition if the outer packaging is considered so. If you have any queries with the contents please claim within 5 working days as any claims after this time cannot be credited. Any unauthorised returns are subject to an additional 20% charge and any carriage charges incurred.

Showroom & Trade Counter

Our Trade Counter is open Monday-Friday, 9.00am-5.30pm for you to visit, view and select products to take away with you or you can have them delivered. We are conveniently located north of London, just off the M25 offering easy access from the A10, M11, M1 and all other major routes and there's free and easy parking just outside.

Our postcode is EN9 1HU, Unit 2, Abbey Mead Ind Park. Please note that Brooker Road has no through access and the industrial estate must be entered via Cartersfield Road.

Mouldings

Moulding orders may be placed in metres, packs or lengths. Moulding lengths are non-standard and vary between 2 and 3 metres. We are unable to specify length or pack sizes until your order is picked in the warehouse.

Colour Matching

The products in this catalogue are produced within the limitations of the printing process and are intended as a guide only. Mountboard charts and 2" moulding samples are available on request if accurate colour matching is required.

Discontinued Products

When a product has been discontinued it will no longer be listed in our accompanying price list.

All prices quoted are pounds sterling, exclude VAT and are subject to change without prior notice.
